I thought it would clear since the xover fit behind the wires without pushing them out any and it looked like the vent went right against the wires. I have not tried to snap the door in place yet though. If it does not fit there, what about if I chisel out some white foam in the door panel?

scott_fx cut into the styrofoam for some reason without incident. you'll be fine. cutting into that crap is ok too for the most part.
Finished her up and hit the road. The bottom line is I am very happy with the end result.
Here is the back finished - stealth:
Here is what lurks underneath:
I cut a hole in the cover so it would fit over the woofer:
This is the amp from the back:
AMp from the front:
Last but not least, the head unit:
I applaud NVTHIS for the sub box construction. It is nice and solid. The woofer is just a lowly MTX unit but it pretty much is exactly what I was looking for. The head unit works fine and has lots of adjustments. I just put the fronts on 6 dB/oct at 80 Hz and same with sub just for a quick setup. The amp is very clean. The CDTs are very nice with the silk tweets and the soundstage comes right up with the extra dash tweets. Dire Straights sounded awesome "Your latest trick", as did Ozzmosis "Perry Mason", Metallica has too much bass for my settings right now. I also played with the Boston Rally Collection and Sheffield Drive, lots of fun. I am getting the stupid bose insignia vibration though on certain freqs, gotta fix that. Also noticed quieter interior and cooler tunnel so the insulation and sound deadening work. I did not have a dB meter for this trip but it was noticeable for sure. For my little budget build it turned out great!!!
