pin-out for remote hook-up
does anyone know which factory color pin-out (non-bose, c6) is the ignition power source, so i can tap in for my remote wire for my amp.

There's not a switched power wire in the radio harness. The radio is turned on & off by the car via the serial data bus (that's how RAP works) so the +12 you'd find in the harness is always hot.
I ran a wire down into the passenger footwell and tapped into a fuse there. I used the wiper circuit, works like a charm. You can either just put a wire on the fuse or grab an add-a-circuit at a parts store and it it in that way.

u sure u hooked it up right cause the whipers should shut off with the car meaning the amp will... otherwise get a voltmeter and start checkin other fuses

Sorry, didn't see your second post...
I'm sure I used wiper and it's not tied into RAP, shuts off soon as I press the ignition button. As suggested, double-check your wiring.

I used the wiper circuit just like komoman and it works perfect. Found the add-a-circuit at autozone.
