IPOD2CAR - Wrong Harness
Bought a setup from a fellow forum member but had to order a new harness. I can't get the thing to work and in backtracking, I see there are two different harnesses listed for the 97 - 04 Vette. The "PMXGM2" is for running the IPod2 from the stock CD Changer harness in the trunk and the "PMXGM4" is for install direct from back of the stock radio.
I'm running mine from the trunk where I've removed my CD Changer. I'm presuming thats the problem.....I need the "2" but ordered the "4."
However, before I re-order, I wanted to check with the experts here to determine if in fact this would cause a problem. Thnx
