Ok, so I know there are alot of topics about sound deadner on this forum, and how a foam mat is better for road noise from the runflats. I have a question though since the liquid dampner and sheets don't do well at getting rid of road noise would the Lloyds trunk mat help at all to decrease noise? I was thinking about getting the trunk mat regardless just to keep the trunk from getting beat up when hauling items, but it would be great to hear if it helped silence the runflats at all.
Possibly a very small amount ... used in conjunction with a partition would help more ... and the loss of the runflats and an investment in AAA or similar would not only lessen the road noise, but improve performance a bunch

carpet helps deaden sound and the partition helps too.
Oh, believe me the runflats are as good as gone as soon as I burn them up...I am working very hard at that. Currently it is too cold most of the time to burn the tires off as the car just wants to hop...not good. I fear I may have about 10k miles till the runflats are gone with only 20k miles on my car. Is the partition also made for coupes? I have seen the partitions in FRC's and z06's but for some reason not coupes.

it will be harder with a coupe. You have more open space and the partition for the coupes just keeps stuff outta the rear and visa versa. I would definitly try the mat like you suggested and when you change the tires, I would just go from there.
Alright, thanks for the advice guys. I will probably pick up the Lloyds mat and some of the frost king insulation to try out. I am also going to have to pull the doors apart as they are my only source of rattle in the entire car. The very back portion of the door panel seems to sqeak and creak to bumps in the road and music...very annoying when that part of the door is right next to your head.
Hey kale, that sounds pretty good, I will probably buy 2 rolls of Raammat and 2 yards of ensolite...might as well do it right if the interior is apart. So the frost king insulation doesn't do much for sound deadning?
