nothing is going to fit in there stealthly unless you go with a pair of 6.5" subs in a ported box. won't give you a lot of bass but it'll add some low end umph. You could angle mount a pair of 8" or 10" subs in boxes that rise above the floor and still fit your top.
8s will fit into the side compartments. I thought of doing it myself, but settled on building a box for 2 8s that goes in the center of rear wall, between the top storage latches. Before I made my decision, I mounted one of the subs to a board and dropped it in, no problem with the fit, but you'll have to mount them to the inside of the compartment as the outside is a little to narrow. Rough calc on the volume is just under 3/4 cubic foot, so that won't be a problem. As far as boxes, you'll have to make them yourself.
If you build a box to drop in the side bins you'll kill your air space. Ge a piece of aluminum angle iron and bend it to fit around the top of the hole, notching for corners. Then rivit it in 3/4" below the surface. Screw a piece of 3/4" mdf to it and mount the speaker.

Problem with that is the storage compartment walls are fairly flexible and will hurt performance. Empty volume is right at .7 cubic feet, building a box wont kill enough volume to bring it below the .35 most manufacturers recommend.
I decided to go with 2 10" Infinity's in the center, in a stealth box. Now I want to mount the amps behind the seats. I want a person getting into the car to see nothing.
make sure you test fit thembehind the seats first. Once you mount an amp behind the seat, you loose leg room. The pass isnt too big a deal, because really, who cares about the pass, unless they are a sig other and are taller. My gf is short so a amp behind her is no big deal. Just giving you a heads up so there arent any surprises when you mount them up and sit. Also the height of teh amp behind the seats will affect leg room
