I think this may be because of how the frame is situated. I believe that only the outer seat bolts are connected to the frame (sombody please correct me if i'm wrong)
unless you want to drill a hole through the floor, the best ground i've heard of is the seat bolt
I used the passenger side seat bolt closest to the tunnel, rear most bolt. Ground is good, no noise. That bolt seems to be painted or coated with something so a good cleaning with a wire brush to bare metal was all it took.
Ok, so brush off the paint and tighten it down. What about near the rear of the hatch. I might have to put an amp there. Are there any ground locations close to that area?
As TheRadioFlyer said, both amps to one ground point should not be a problem and you can use a distribution block as stated. If you really want to do seperate points I do remember reading that you can pass through the rear of the hatch, the area behind the taillamps, and ground directly to the frame. I did a search but could not find the thread so maybe someone will chime in on that. That being said I would just go with one point and call it a day.
you can ground in the back, but you have to drill. Pull the pass tail lights out and you'll see whats back there and see what you can use. there are some people who have used the rear.
