After much sweat and a little bit of blood, the system is finally finished. Initial tests were astonishing. At 20% volume (with the doors and hatch open) the music was crystal clear....from over 100 feet away!!
The imaging is suprub focused right where i wanted. Using the ERA G320 i used the rear speakers to simulate light echo in a stadium enviornment (love that processor) The Epic 150 sub processor really brings my JL 12w6v2 alive. The addition of lower end harmonics makes my sub sound like the THX theme in theatres.
ok...enough blabbing. i know you all want to see pictures.

grounding: on the passenger outside rear bolt (easy access and still hidden) I'm using a specialized grounding foot, so i had to grind away part of the seat frame to get a good contact:

...as for the shop...well i have a lot of cleaning up to do.
I really like the 'small touches' you added - like the lighted woofer area... You're giving me ideas.
ironically, th lighted woofer area was a complete accident. it just so happens that the Cathodes in the amp rack light up the back of the car and the amp rack top (being at a 10deg angle and having small windows) provides a lighting cutoff right at the bottom of the glass on the back. pretty cool effect i ranndomly stumbled upon...proof that the fates like corvettes too
