You have a few choices. If all you want is an AUX input and intend to control the iPod directly then you can use something like the PIE GM10-AUX with the COR-HAR harness.
FM modulation may be your alternative. You definitely need an auxiliary position on your head unit to connect directly. I don't know if the stock head unit has an aux position. I have an Alpine head unit I connected directly to the satellite through an aux position.
