Light stuff....
Alright guys, got a few things.
First off, I need an electrical diagram of the '02 Z06
Second, I want to put Fog Lights on it, but I want them to only work if the Ignit. is on, but that be the only law on them. Like, I don't want to have to turn Parking Lights on, I don't want them to go off when the brights come on, etc....
Third, I want the C5R driving lights, like these, but I want them the same as the fogs, only when ignit., no going off, and I want them on a seperate switch.
Fourth ( I know this isn't lights, but....), I want a head unit, but I don't want to go cutting up my Z too bad. And I don't want one of those things like you can buy from Wal-Mart. I'd like Navigation (I could care less about DVD) and iPod. CD is a MUST!!!!!!!

I've been a light obsessed guy for years (doesn't show on my vette....but my silverado had over 8 million CP from various off road and foglights)
basically you need to find an ignition hot wire (you can use the same one that you'd use for your head unit.) use this as the 12V supply to your switch. (the stock fog switch may require some tinkering) Most aftermarket fogs come with a relay so the only thing you'll need to do is run a small wire (probably 18 gauge) for the auxillary fogs. You ca use your stock fogs wiring to trigger a relay by tapping into the fusebox.
As for a head unit, most head units with navigation require a 2 DIN space (meaning you'll have to cut up your dash) Kenwood makes a 1.5 DIN and i think the alpine IVA W200 is a 1.5 DIN (please correct me if i'm wrong) your best bet is a fold out unit. For this I reccomed the Alpine IVA D300 or 310.
