Wiring Speakers for 1987 w/ Bose
I have finally set to take on the task of repairing my stereo. I stoped at a junk yard a picked up a $40 Pioneer DEH-P47DH with the wiring included. Went to crutchfield and found that I need this $40 adapter to make the speakers work. The adapter (Item #142C4GM01 on crutchfield.com) appears to control the amount of gain. The speakers work great, but the head unit was FUBAR! Anyway, I have four wires running to the speakers amp. Which ones do I want to use for my speaker? All 4 wires provide a signal just with different filters for highs and lows. Which ones should I use? Or just run new wiring?
