Just Don't do it. There's absolutly no reason for this. Most speaker baffles are made of foam and their lack of structural rigidity will defeat their purpose all together. Secondly, even a properly made speaker box will only tighten the bass on your speakers. I found this out with my 6.5" SPX 177r woofers the hard way thinking tight bass would be a good thing. What ended up happening was a huge dip in frequency response around the 150-300Hz range between the woofers and my sub. removing the MDF enclosure loosened up the bass and got rid of that nasty dip in my frequency response curve.
If you're worried about water or moisture dripping on your speaker, you can prevent this by using a Large diamater PVC pipe as a baffle tube and leaving the end open. There's only abou 2.5"-3" of room before the window so keep that in mind as well.
