the traditional mounting spot for an easy stealth installation are behind the seats with MDF anchors under the carpet. Under the seat will work ONLY if you have a thin amp that doesn't produce much heat and if you don't have a power passenger seat.
IMO behind the seat is the way to go because you can reach the adjustments easier.

I mounted my amp behind the driver's seat...can easily reach behind while driving to make fine tuning adjustments!
Thanks for all of the input i mounted it in the rear of the hatch. what a difference a sub makes. Now i just got some 3.5 in alpines for the front speakers. How much does changeing the rear speakers make?
