Default Invisacord Install Questions

Getting ready to install my new V1/Invisacord/Vettemod mount in my '07 3LT (autodim mirror) coupe and wanted to ask and confirm a couple of questions of those that have already installed theirs:

1) How exactly does the Invisacord go under the liner and is there room for any excess, if I choose to mount on the drivers side?

2) I have the autodimmer as stated. Does the yellow wire go into the middle Pink lower row switch and the black ground goes into the Black top row switch? I understand it works best if the wires go on top of the existing wires, correct?

3) When taking the screw out of the visor clip, it says there is a sensor in it and to be careful. What sensor?

4) Does the car have to be running as indicated on the Invisacord site?

Thanks for the help and any further tips (even though it's suppose to be fast and "simple".

I mounted mine on the passenger visor - just tuk/push the wire up into the area between the windshield/gasket and interior trim molding - it'll just slip right in. Black will go in the top row - 1st slot/just push it in above the existing wire. By pushing the pin in above the existing wire, it will make for a tighter seal/fit. Your hot wire will go into the bottom row, about 4-position, right above the pink wire. Again, this will make for a tighter fit and also power up/turn off your unit only when the car is running--thus eliminating the need to turn the unit on/off. Don't worry about the sensor, its to the left of the visor screw and the bracket will not interfer with its location/operation. I can't recall off had what the sensor is for--interior dimming sensor...but again, not an issue. Piece of cake, should take you about 10 minutes (taking your time) and makes for a very clean, efficient installation.
