Need Help
ok I thought I had everything done, and I start the car, and the radio is getting absolutly no power, the amp is getting none either. I checked the power wire and the fuse and they seem to work, so what is wrong. I am getting ready to give up and have someone finish it for me.

How are you testing the wires? Do you have a meter or a test light? The amp and the radio need two power sources each to turn on. The radio needs an ignition and a constant. The amp needs a constant and power from the radio. It sounds like one of the wires on the radio is dead. I would test both the ignition and constant going into the radio. If either is dead, the radio will fail to turn on the amp. If they are dead, its probably a fuse. You have two fuse locations. One is in the fuse box inside the door frame on the passenger side. The other is the fuses under the passenger dash behind the panel under the dash. You might want to check both of these before you take apart the dash to see if one or both are blown. If this doesn't work, give me a head-up.
