HELP..installed Aux2car in C5, now error code "err"

HELP..installed Aux2car in C5, now error code "err"
My mod was working fine for weeks until I had to charge my car battery. Now I just get the message "err" when I try to hit the cd changer/aux button to switch to the aux input. Does anybody know what I can do to make it work again?

a lot of times the interfaces need to be physically disconnected to reset unfortunately. not sure why that happens, nature of the beast i guess. After a couple times pulling the radio is easy as pie.

Just pulled everything and re-installed. Unplugged head unit, adapter cords, Aux2car, etc. Did this 3 times and even reset all the dip switches to different settings.... still no go. I'm thinking my Aux2car is no good? Sometimes the cd picture on the face of the radio would blink like it was trying to be found, but then it would always give me the "err" code and would not come on. Well, it was a good mod for the couple weeks I had it.
Guess i call peripheral and see if there is a warranty/exchange.
