Thanks for the help Kale.
I did do a search for it, no luck.
I also read the Faq section and it really made no sense to me. I pulled up about 75 percent of the carpet and didn't find any bolts. I wound up going all the way to the seat bolt.
Anyway I have to say thanks to this forum and its members. I would not have been able to or wanted to attempt to put an aftermarket HU, sub and amp.
