Hey everyone. I was wondering if a bunch of you would be willing to post pictures of your interior with Sirius or Xm installed. I need some ideas on where to mount my Sirius unit. I'm planning on running the stock radio with a standalone sirius tuner. (like my other car) I would love to do something unobtrusive with good access to the unit.

Thanks

I don't have a picture, but I just the other day bought a package from best buy w/2 or 3 different stands for my XM unit in the c6.I'm using the VENT one now.Very easy and convenient.P.S. the stands are universal.

Unfortunatley I dont care much for the stock universal mounts. I dont mind using the suction-cup or vent design for my daily driver. For the vette I would like to get a little fancy

Saw a couple folks here with a really slim Sirius (I think) tuner mounted in where the ashtray goes. Really slick.

There are 2 or 3 different mounts that came in the package I bought. There are other packages available too.I like this setup because I can move it at will,it's not a permanent setup in the vent.Perviously it was mounted on the side of the center console coming up out of the rug there.

I have the Sirius Sportster and am really happy with it. It is the most universal unit they have. For example, they make a home cradle and a boombox specifically for the unit. All I have to do is pop it out of the car cradle and put it into another car, home, or boombox cradle and it is good to go. It is not permanant. It also has 45 min. of pause/rewind like a dvr is is nice for games or when you get a call and want to pause the song or talk topic you are listening too. You can also put in 20 of your favorite songs and it will automatically alert you whenever that song comes on any station and you can click to change it. It also tells me when my favorite college or NFL team is playing a sport and will alert me.

Now sorry about these pics, my digital camera is MIA so I had to use the cell phone camera. I think you can get the picture though. If you want, I will take the top off and get some pics in the sunlight so they will turn out better. Just let me know...
