Advice on HU
I need a new head unit for use on a boat. Nothing fancy but with good power, FM and an aux input or two for XM and iPod. What do you guys recommend? It should also be remote controllable. I also noticed that some of the units available claim iPod compatability but then they say they play AAC files EXCEPT for AAC with DRM. Does that mean you can't play songs from your iPod that you purchased from iTunes? Already have external amps and speakers for additional spaces on the boat.

what kind of space do you have for a radio? If you are looking for a radio to keep for a long time, I would get something that is made for marine use. I found this one on crutchfield and the specs are pretty good.
