Vert, Where to put the Sub/Subs?
I want to add a sub or subs to my '02 Vert But here's the kicker. I have (and like) a partition that eliminates the trunk as an area. I installed Focal Polyglass 165v1 Components in the doors and Polyglass 130 Coaxials in the rear (just because there were factory 5 1/4s in there) I don't care if it's a 10" or two 8" but can't see where they should go. As much as the flat panel behind the seat backs looks good I would think that the gas tanks are in the way, but that's just a guess. Any thoughts?

some have built it into the partition but in a vert that would take up most of your trunk space. your options are either throw a larger woofer in the door and live with the compromise of no really deep bass. just throw a sub in the trunk and deal with the attenuated bass due to the partition. or open up the partition with some holes to let some of the music into the cabin. You also may try some IB setups in the partition too.

Ed, check out this post from DPG, http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1756541 I'll be doing these in my Vert when I do the HU next year. They take up the side small compartments.
