Sub/Amp/Box -- What's it Worth?

I have a sub box that I took out of my ZR-1 (previous owner installed). Box is nicely done, carpeted, roughly 32 inches by 12 by 12. Installed in the box is a MTX Road Thunder RT4180X Amp driving one 10-inch Rockford Fosgate Punch sub. The whole combo was professionally installed about five years ago, to give some idea of the age of components.

Someone recently approached me about buying this setup, but I have absolutely no clue of its worth. If it is like most technology, it's value has diminished quite a bit by now.

Anybody care to give me a ballpark estimated sale value?

not sure what a ZR-1 box looks like. Assuming the box is a custom design, figure the box is worth $50-100. Got pics?

Sorry for the confusion, the car itself is a 1992 Corvette ZR-1, the box is just a basic rectangluar carpeted box, look nice and fit nice in the back, but really nothing fancy.

Was just curious of the worth of the whole setup, box/amp/sub. I really have no idea what these things are worth. TIA.
