New Pioneer Z2 Install
Special thanks to C5Kidd. He gave me a package deal with my Z2. Ipod, Bluetooth, Rear Camera and did a Fantastic job on making a double din Bezel! Install took some time, but it is worth it.

The camera comes with a adhesive back that sticks real good!
The Bluetooth box is on the left side of the Comfort controls behind the Bezel.
The GPS antenna is in the rear behind the inner left tail light.
I installed a small 12VDC fan on the left rear side of the Nav unit that only comes on when the Nav is on. I have read of some Nav's overheating in the summer.

I have a similar AVIC Z2 mod from C5Kidd as a package. Great upgrade to the car. I like the steering wheel remote. Cheap price for it and works great. I also bought another remote with DVD controls and controls for the system for the passenger while watching DVD or listening to music.

I have'nt had any problems so far. I really like the DVD player in it. Lately I've been recording different musicians on Austin City Limits and playing the DVD in my Z2. The video & audio are awsum! C5KIdd has a great package for sale!

I'd like to do the bypass as well... not to watch DVD movies while driving, but to listen to the concerts I have on DVD (Metallica, U2, etc.) that they didn't release on CD.
And also so my passenger can punch things in on the nav screen while I'm driving... that lockout on the stock model is so stupid. If they were smart about it, they'd use the airbag sensor in the passenger seat to sense if you had a passenger. If you do have a passenger, they should allow the nav to be manipulated while you're driving.
