Fs - Cd5000 Headunit
Posted this for sale in C5 section -
Will ship for $240. I just upgraded my almost new headunit to a CD7100. I purchased the CD5000 and had it professionally installed back in February. Unit is like new and I believe stil under warranty- I just decided that I wanted the color display and upgraded features of the CD7100. This unit was $600 new last year and is still selling, although it has now been replaced by the CD5100. This was the best sounding headunit that I have owned and was pretty happy with it. I had IPOD, GPS and HD add-on modules and was quite pleased with the performance of this stereo although I had not used the GPS portion before pulling it. Will try to get pics of the headunit out of the car as soon as I find my memory card for my camera (the wife had it last ).

Yes it is. My CD7100 that I just installed does not sound any better, just has a couple of more features than the CD5000. I had never owned an Eclipse before but I will be hard pressed to use anything else in the future as I have been very happy with the sound quality. I purchased a new Eclipse 16 pin connector so that will be supplied brand new. I'll get pics this weekend of all included which is the headunit, new harness, remote, box with serial number, operations manual and installation booklet. Should be a great unit for somebody wanting to save some money
