Viper alarm/remote problems...
The shop that has my car is having problems with the alarm on my corvette. I have a viper 791 on my c5, they said it was working fine but the battery was dying on the remote so they replaced it. Now the remote does not lock or unlock the car nor will it allow it to start. I have taken out the battery out of my remote multiple times and never had an issue, so what would cause this to happen? I just want my car back so am trying to figure out what to do now. It wont even allow them to jump the starter.

i have the same alarm i kept having problems with my remotes also so i bought a bit writer its a little hand held computer that programs the alarm module and also the remote correctly look into on i paid 99.00 for it but it beats going to the shop all the time with it... if you want me to take a picture of it and get the model # of it let me know
