Annoying Hum Through Speakers?

Annoying Hum Through Speakers?
I suppose your exhaust would have to be stock or relatively quite to hear it but there is an annoying hum sound through the speakers which basically can be heard at idle or it seems to increase with speed as well. Even with the cd deck turned off it still does this... does anyone else have this ****??? It makes me go insane!
