What you want is Truvette T912 Ebony. I got samples from http://www.accmats.com and it is a perfect match. The only downside is the backing is semi rigid so forming it may require a heat gun but for an amp rack it should be easy. It is not cheap at 60-70 a yard but it is a perfect match. Just get a free sample before you jump in. I hope this helps.

Thanks Steve, good info!
I added a link to this thread to the C6 Audio FAQ.
I ordered a sample from truuvette and it is a close match in color and the grain is nearly perfect, though the backing is gonna make it hard to cover your amp rack... we ended up sourcing the carpet we use from one of our manufacturers... it is a near match.. we dye it in-house to tone down the glare.
Keep in mind that all manufacturer carpet dye lots differ... and that even the truuvette has a different color from all angles, so make sure to cover your amp rack with the carpet in the right direction to match the car...gl

Nick, Thanks for the tips. Once I receive the samples, I will decide if I'm going to cover the Amp rack with the carpet or make a fiberglass shell and paint it to match the Vette.
