C6 - Custom Amp/Sub Box

For the past couple of months I have been unhappy with the sound system in my 06 C6 (Bose w/ Nav). I had read all of the forums about the quick fix and upgrading the speakers but knew that it was really going to take an Amp and a sub to get the sound where I wanted it to be.
So I broke down and had a box built and installed for my car by Safe and Sound in Canoga Park, CA; and they did a great job. I have posted pictures below for you all to look at. As you will see I wanted something that looked like it was part of the car, did not take up much room, allowed me to still store the targa top and I wanted a small compartment to store stuff in. Take a look at what they came up with it is fantastic! It contains a 8" Boston Acoustics sub woofer and a JBL 6 channel amplifier.

I think what looks like an amp rack is actually a downfiring sub box and the amp lives under it.

if you look at the box from the trunk picture, the Sub is on the left side and yes it is firing down. The Amp is on the right under the small enclosure that they built.
