Cross them over @ 3khz @ 18db at the lowest, for safety's sake.
I'm guessing your woofers play up to about 4khz tops.
So I'd start with 3khz @ 18db on both sides.
If it sounds harsh, bump the tweeters up to 3.5k @ 18

IMO, a good tuner's ear is the only way to go...and is the reason why in the SQ competitions, they all tuen by ear, an RTA is only really good for finding serious issues in the sound, like cancellation, or phase issues etc...but the real tuning part should sitll be done by ear.
