oh ur half way there lol
ok ur wire with the insulation, the one on left, thats your positive
the negative is the shield wire ie the wire on the right the loose wire leads

glad to know it worked out, i was givin u all the colors from memory and a crued diagram i drew out lol, glad to know the light blue was the right wire for the common. in the next few weeks im gonna do a detailed writeup with pics for ppl so like the c6 they dont have to buy a 70 dollars harness to add amps
