No tunes
Let my brother drive my car and it started raining, well he was almost to his destination and yes, he drove in the rain without the top on.
Now I do not have any sound coming out, I press the tune button and it never stops searching, also when I press the stop/play button to play a cd, it stays on FM.
Is my whole audio system toast or just my amps and antenna connection?

How long has it been since? Maybe it will dry up in a few days and go back to normal. It works with the cell phone, sometimes

Sorry, I have no experance w a wet audio system.
If it does not get better w/ time, I would remove the HU, and have an audio shop look at it, or sent it to Dr Don's. You should read the C4 FAQ at the top of this section.
And smack your brother in the head, and make him pay for it.
