I used Raamat on the outer skin, flats & verts, inner skin (both sides) and covered it all in Ensolite . I double layered the areas suggested on the http://www.raamaudio.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi website. I talked to Rick several times and he was very helpful. I just completed the inside of the removable door panels with Raamat. Although it is a lot of work, I'm very happy with the results. The prices are very good.
I personally use Dynamat. Probably not the cheapest but I know it works. Keep an eye out for the real cheap versions as some of them seep a residue into your carpets after time.
I have also heard good things about Raammat as well.
You can get a little crazy with this stuff. The door are very misleading. They can take more material and time than what you would expect. I got about 10 lbs on insulation in each door.
It's up to you. I would do a box of Damplifier Pro and a sheet of Luxury Liner for both doors.
Just picked up my Z from the local audio store. Had him replace Bose with Eclipse and JL Audio, and while he was in there, placed a lot of Dynamat under seats, rear hatch and doors. The quietness is unbelievable! This stuff really works in making the car a GT style car. According to the installer, was quite easy, but time consuming, FWIW.
