If i run these in the front doors (C5) do they require an amp to run them?

Thanks Kale...I want to keep the cost reasonable but not looking for top of the line. Basically one that has a good record of reliability and doesn't take a brain surgeon to install.

Well the arc kar ks is about $350 IIRC. About the same for the PDX.

add a 2 ohm voice coil sub and you'll have a nice little setup. i had that exact amp and it was great.
