GMOS-04 Problems...?? Help if you can

GMOS-04 Problems...?? Help if you can
Well, I think I may have a bad part. I installed following the "special" instructions and everyones advice with the relay, etc. Still no sound, No Chime, and I'm getting a feedback type noise in the speakers... (hissing/faint popping type noise).
If anyone has some pictures of their harnesses for the GMOS, if they could post them that would be nice... I would like to verify the harness were built correctly.
Otherwise... has anyone else had this same issue... ???
