Follow directions
So I got my sub box today and I've never wired in series before. I saw the pics and then hooked it up. Turned on the radio to get ready for some pounding and there's no pound. I mess around with the deck controls (which is all new to me), then I mess with the amp... no changes. The subs are vibrating, but not much more. I turn it up a lot and the amp crashes.
I'm now frustrated. I come inside to look at the CD directions for the deck. I then pull up a series diagram and I realize it isn't how I did it. I went out, removed a sub, wired correctly, turned on the deck.... BOOM BOOM... I should have just slowed down to begin with instead of being so anxious. I could have played with it more. By the time I got it right, it was too late at night to play around
