I have an iPod adapter for sale called the iPod2Car. It allows you to connect your iPod directly to the stock radio. You can control it through the stock head unit or through the iPod. It also charges the iPod while it is connected. I have 2 connector cables, one for connecting straight to the CD Changer plug in the rear (that's how I have it connected now) and one called the GM "A" that connects straight to the back of the stereo head unit. Very easy to install. Both cables come with it. It works fine but I'm upgrading my stock head unit to one that already has a built in iPod connector.
I have it in my 2000 FRC and it will work with all other C5's. I'm not sure about any other generations. I'm sure if you can find the correct connector it will probably work with C4's and C6's also. But please verify that first if you are interested in purchasing from me.
