At installer, need help quick with Onstar module

At installer, need help quick with Onstar module
They have the dash apart right now and we are installing the Soundgate Digistar XV4 module.
We are getting chimes but no voice for the onstar. Anyone have any ideas, I need to get this buttoned up quickly.
Please help.

First time I've ever seen this module used, Mike. I looked through the install instructions and this is the only thing applicable I see:
Our cars DO have outboard amps, whether Delco or Bose.
Their number is 800-256-0808.

For vehicles with Class2 amplifiers, the steering wheel
volume control will control the volume of OnStar. Momentarily
press the steering wheel up/down button to adjust volume
(do not press and hold). Please call SoundGate tech if additional

Soundgate was no help. It does work with the chimes so I think that we are going to button things up and I may order the Peripheral modules and have them swap them out.
If I can get the microphone on the bluetooth to sound better, I'll probably ditch the onstar altogether.
