Where is this plug located?
My C6 is still on order and I am planning the aftermarket stereo. (I ordered 2LT with the base stereo.) I want to retain the OEM head unit and tap off of the OEM harness as depicted in the attached link and related pic.
The link (below) is greatly appreciated and very informative, but I'd like to know where that connector is located. (I can't really tell from the pics.)
- Where is this connector located? Where do the wires leading into it originate from - the head unit or the amp?
- Is this connector/harness correct for the base (2LT interior) stereo?
- Will those connections give me a "pure" signal?
