Unfortunately 1.5 DIN was just not a popular size worldwide, so the car stereo companies never produced units in volume. There were a few decks out there for a while, but they go for big $ on eBay these days and I don't recall any that were NAV.
Your choices are a dash retrofit to double DIN, living with a single DIN and a pocket or getting a custom faceplate.

Thia unit comes close and has nav. The face plate is 6-3/8" wide by 3" high: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...PAVN-4210.html
On the downside it is not bluethooth or iPod ready and can not control a CD changer. Still I think it is the best solution out there for 1.5 nav units
