Aw Crap
So i bought an Alpine PMD-B100 because they've gotten inexpensive since the B200's have come out.
I thought it would be all-set to integrate with my IVA D310. Idiot me didn't do enough research and found out that it requires a docking station different from the one in the car kit.....that's of course....sold seperately for nearly the cost of the unit itself.

It should have come with the hu.
Should have everything I need to manually tune. It should allow t/a, xovers (full active) and eq. There is another add on 
that is software & a mic, for auto-setup. However, from my understanding, it "locks out" any manual tweeking when in use.
