I would like to get an in dash Nav system for my 08 Coupe. I am completely illiterate about such things. I don't need to go overboard but I want something nice. So hit me with the suggestions and any of you guys are in the DFW, TX area hook me up with a great installer.

Thanx in Advance.
If the NAV part is your biggest focus then it's a no-brainer, get one of the Kenwoods with Garmin built-in. Garmin has the best navigation software, period. I have an 8120 and like it a lot, but you can save a few bucks and drop down to the 7120 if you're not worried about Bluetooth or the higher voltage outputs.
Can't help you out on the installer, but I know there are TONS of Vette guys in Texas (around half of my speaker plates sold have been shipped to Texas!) so there's gotta be a shop near you that has Vette experience.
The Kenwoods are great, as well as the Pioneer AVIC-F700BT and the 900's. I also find that the touch screen on the Kenwoods and Pioneers to be more user friendly than some of the other brands. Nelson's Autosound in Sherman (~60 miles north if you are not familiar) is great with Vette's, and pretty reasonable too. Give him a call first, he doesn't stock a lot of Nav units just because of the demand in Sherman, but he can have just about anything next day. PM me if you need more info.
