What I have done in the past is go to Grainger and get a cable run that has 6-16 guage wire for runs like this. The wire in it is colored so it's easy to identify and it is neat. I've gotten it for less than .50 a foot.

Get the power, ground, igniton, antenna, and light hookups at the deck. You shouldn't need to and you shouldn't at all want to run those wires anywhere. By running them to another part of the car, you are opening up the opportunity for creating engine noise. All those wires are available at the dash. If you have an amp, the power wire should be at least 8 gauge and come directly from the battery. The ground should also be 8 gauge and go to the frame. The remote wire is the only wire you will need to run from the deck to the amp besides the RCAs. You can use a 16 gauge wire for this. Your speaker wire should be at least 14 gauge though 12 gauge is prefered if you are using an amp. Hope this helps. :flag
