I just installed an F900 last weekend. A buddy of mine has had one installed in his ride for several months, and even though there were some obvious issues, the unit is just so nice, well laid out and not much you could really ask for aside from the already mentioned software issues, and I was confident they'd eventually be worked out with firmware updates. Gladly, I was right is my assumption, I'll tell you this new 2.0 software is a HUGE update, really puts the F900 where it needs to be. and I say corrects about 95% of even minor annoyances. Hat's off to Pioneer development, I'm very pleased, and completely satisfied. I'd totally recommend it

Hey,

Thanks for the heads up! I have been torn between the kenwood and the pioneer. Obviously the garmin is amazing but the pioneer has all of the other amazing features. How is the new navigation for Pioneer with this unit?

What kind of changes were made in this update?

Do you know if it works with the iPhone 3G?

In addition to the unit itself, what other adapters are needed for full integration in a C6? For instance, I'd like to use the steering wheel buttons, XM radio, etc. Also does the standard bluetooth microphone on the side of the window work or do you need to install a new microphone?

Thanks in advance for answering these questions.

They should have all the answers you need.
In my 08 all of the features you asked about do work you just need the proper adapters. I have a separate mic for the bluetooth.
I really like the unit, mine is the F90...
