Stereo Equipment for '63 SWC
Where can I get "do it yourself" advice about buying and installing stereo equipment in my ’63 Split Window Coupe? I know that Mid Am, Zip, and others sell stereos that fit into the console without requiring modification, and also sell direct replacement upgrade in-dash speakers. But where do I find out about adding speakers, switches for main and remote speakers, speaker fade and balance controls, etc.? It doesn't seem that it should be that complex, and is one of those things I'd just like to do myself instead of taking to an installer. I know this is basic stuff for many of you, but I need help. Thanks.

Can you give a little more detail on what it is you want to do? Are you trying to add speakers to the stock radio? Check out the webpage in my signature just for more ideas ;)
