Have an 09 c6 and I'm just looking for some feedback here. I hooked up an amp and a ten inch and ran it by splicing into the the rear speakers right at the rear speakers. I used just the wire method NOT rca's ( I will get RCA's friday)
So heres the questions
1. How much better sound do you get from rca's spliced into the speakers then just straight wiring?
2. The pac method appears to be the same thing as just splicing into the wires at the rear speakers.
3. I looked in the FAQ's for if the stock base system has low level outputs but i think they dont so maybe thats why I couldnt find it.
thxs for any help, paul
there is a real nice howto with pin outs on this, its basically the only way to do it if u want it to work half way right
Jumped the gun and didnt read enough (imagine that,,lol) is getting to the stock amp and wiring into its low levels easier then getting to the back of the head unit? either way i should be able to follow the pin breakouts pretty easy, (thxs to all for the FAQ's part)
Where is the amp???, thxs,,,,,my melon is killin me,,,,lol. regards, pAuL
