Factory Navigation

I'm having the local Chevy garage install a factory navigation system this afternoon. The tech I talked to is ready to do it, but is nervous about the programming of the computer. Should I be worried? What steps are there to removing the old one and installing the new one? I thought I've read quite a bit on this, but the tech has me worried now.

honestly this is about as easy as it gets, if the tech is nervous i recommend finding a diff dealer
