Need New Speakers/ Sound System - Help?
I am looking to replace the stock nav system and bose speakers with an "upgrade". the stock system is just awful for such a beautiful car.
anyone got any recommendations on which speakers, amps, subwoofers work best?
i'm going to use the pioneer avic 90 as the in dash receiver.

that is correct. i have looked at the avic 90 in a store. really liked it. the problem is, I don't know what i need to spend to get the amped up sound.
they quoted me $4700 to get:
avic 90
4 speakers,
subwoofer
amp
hd radio and xm adapters
installation.
that seemed a little steep to me.

I am in the motor city - Detroit. I was thinking I could get outfitted for 2500.
I want to make it a one stop shop though, i don't have the time to mess around with getting all the stuff online and then taking it in to best buy or something like that.
suggestions?

you should be able to get it done for around that IMO, i have a feeling that shop was really taking u on a run for ur money

My son-in law works for Car Tunes on Gratiot. If you haven't bought anything yet p.m. me and I can give you his name. He will not only sell it to you, he will put it in as well. He is the manager there, and is very quality orentated.
