Need Advice - C5 Bose Upgrade
I'd like to install a Pioneer Single-DIN DEHP710BT when they start shipping. I also have a 6.5" Alpine component speaker set I would like to put in place of the Bose speakers. Does it make sense to try and use the bose amps with these speakers, or do you have to take out the amps when the bose speakers come out? Also, IF I can use the bose amps, I assume that GMCRV2 adapter will still be needed. Most new HU's have RCA line-outs. Since the GMCRV2 requires speaker-level outs, is there a way to convert back to speaker-level out from line-out? Would it just be easier to install a 2-channel amp instead? Thanks for any advice.
