Default ?? removing console in 2009 coupe?
How do I properly remove the console in a 2009? I want to access the area beneath the cupholder.

remove the torx screws in the center console compartment. remove the 7mm screws on the ebrake. remove the shifter **** and lift up. 2 minutes of work

I believe in 08 they switched to 7mm screws in the console....

Other way 'round I think Mike. I know yours & mine are different... pretty sure the only torx on my is the console lid, the rest are 7mm so yours must be torx.

mine is an 08, and it does have the torx...altough, my 08 I took delivery in August of 07. They may have changed it later in production
