What Do I Need for This C5 Project?
I have a very large selection of organized mp3s and I would like to have a setup where I can pick artists or entire genres either by touch screen (keyboard search) or a dial/button system.
I want to avoid a double din system as much as possible so I guess I would have to resort to a screen that pops out/flips up. Correct me if I'm wrong! I'm not looking to spend thousands of dollars and I've never had an audio project before.
For this stage, I'm only interested in getting my music collection into the car. I'll worry about a speaker/sub setup later since my bose speakers work perfectly fine for my tastes.
I would like to utilize a usb hard drive system so I can drop in more music later on.
I've got about 264gb of mp3s and they're neatly organized. So I don't want to just toss in thousands of songs randomly...hence the screen/display to select genres or specific artists/albums.
