Potential all-new stereo system for C5
Awhile ago I posted a thread about adding some kind of adapter to the stock head unit to be able to play mp3s off my mp3 player. Looks like I need a couple of parts that will cost well over $100.
Then I started reading where people say the worst part of the stock stereo system is actually the speakers. And if you want to change out the speakers and keep the stock head unit THAT takes some special work as well.
So is the best solution just to change out the whole stereo system to get a head unit with aux-in functionality and all new speakers?
If so, can anyone tell or point me to a description of what all the components that I would need to replace are? I am a complete audio newb and know nothing about what speakers the C5 comes with. Its a 2002 ZO6 if that matters.
