[c5] Radar Wiring Problem
Trying to wire up an escort 8500 and having some trouble
I found what I believe to be the extra accessory wires in the passenger foot well of my 2003 (orange, yellow, black that were taped up on one end and they fed into a clip-in connector on the other)
For some reason these wires don't seem to be live though. I've tried running off both the yellow switched and the orange constant just to test. I'm grounding directly to the black wire so I don't see that as a problem.
Any thoughts? I've never had this take me more than 5 mins before

Hah, I had just started pulling the cover when you posted this
I used the RDO fuse on my last couple cars but for some reason both radio fuses seem to stay hot
Is ASSRYOFF switched?
